AI PM Foundations — the practical guide AI PMs actually use.

Everything you need to sit across from an AI engineer, read the JIRA of an AI feature, and make the calls a PM should own — from prompts and evals to cost, latency, and safety.

Why this exists

Most AI-PM courses stop at theory. This one is the practical layer — years of study and shipping AI features, distilled into the vocabulary and decision frames you need in the room.

Priced at ₹99 to be an easy yes. Buy it, use it, hand it to a teammate.

Who this is for

Four kinds of readers, one order to read in.

Path 01

Already a PM, new to AI

Read it in order. The first eight lessons feel unusually technical for a PM course. Stay with them — every technical concept later becomes a PM decision. Skip the foundation and the decisions look arbitrary.

Path 02

Transitioning into an AI PM role

Read it in order too. Lesson 18 (the AI PRD) and Lesson 16 (evaluation in production) are the two you can most directly adapt into a work sample for interviews. A written rubric and an AI PRD is worth more than a certificate.

Path 03

Engineer, data scientist, or analyst curious about AI PM

The technical lessons will feel easy. The value for you is decision framing and failure modes. Skim Parts I through IV, spend real time on Parts V and VI.

Path 04

Wanting to start an AI startup

Read it in order. Pay extra attention to Lessons 17 (unit economics), 19 (build vs buy vs self-host), and 22 (pricing and trust). Those three will determine whether your idea has a business under it.

Excerpt · Lesson 0

Output is probabilistic, not deterministic.

In traditional software, the same input gives the same output. add(2, 3) always returns 5. In AI, the same input may give a different output every time, and even the correct output varies in tone, length, and wording.

This breaks several PM habits. QA pass/fail doesn't apply. You can't write “the system returns X” as an acceptance criterion. You write “the system returns a summary scoring ≥4/5 on faithfulness in 95% of cases.”

Bugs become statistical. A dropped quote is either one-off variance or a regression. Telling them apart needs evaluation infrastructure.

What you'll be able to point to

Concrete artifacts, not vibes.

01 · Evaluation rubric

A written rubric for your feature's outputs, with a golden-set methodology you can defend.

02 · AI PRD template

Behavior under failure, statistical quality bars, escalation paths — the whole document.

03 · Cost model

Per-request unit economics with caching, batching, and cascade routing lines drawn.

04 · Red-team report

A prompt-injection and misuse audit for your feature's real attack surface.

05 · Build / buy memo

The consequential architecture call, defended in one page.

06 · Trust UX spec

Citations, confidence states, "I don't know" behavior — designed on purpose.

07 · Latency budget

A per-layer budget you agree with engineering, not one they hand you.

08 · Regression playbook

What to do the day a vendor updates the model on you.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

Is this a certificate?
No. There's no certificate, no badge, no LinkedIn seal. You get the material and the artifacts you produce from working through it. Those are the certificate.
Will this get me a job?
It might help. Portfolios beat certificates in AI PM interviews — a written rubric and an AI PRD are more convincing than a course logo. The lessons will not, on their own, get you hired.
How is this different from a YouTube playlist?
A working guide, not a playlist. Written to be used, in order, with the technical concepts and the PM decisions in the same lesson so you can't skip the boring half.
Do I need to be a PM already?
No. Engineers, data folks, founders, and aspiring PMs each get a read-in-this-order path on the landing above.
Is the content updated?
Yes. AI moves; the material moves with it. Lifetime access includes every future edition of AI PM Foundations at no extra cost.
Can I read it on my phone?
The reader is built mobile-first. Serif type, ~68-character measure, night-friendly dark mode from the start.
Can I share my login?
Access is tied to your email. The reader shows a subtle watermark of your email on every page — a nudge, not a lock. Please don't share.
One price. One guide. One evening's decision.
