No-refund policy

Short version
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Why
The course is a digital product delivered instantly. Two full lessons and one appendix are readable free before you pay, and the full table of contents is on the landing page. Read those first — they exist so you can decide whether the guide is for you before any money changes hands.
Exceptions
- Duplicate charge: if you were billed twice for the same purchase, write to hello@practicalaipm.in with both Razorpay payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing what you paid for and cannot be fixed — same email, we will make it right.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account will be suspended and you will lose access to the course.
