These terms govern your use of practicalaipm.in (the “Service”), operated from India. By creating an account or paying for a course, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to the course you paid for, tied to the email address on your account. “Lifetime” means as long as the Service operates; if we shut down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and export your data on request.

2. Acceptable use

Access is personal. Do not share your login, republish course content, or attempt to circumvent the reader's technical protections. Automated scraping is prohibited.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. See our no-refund policy. Preview lessons are available free before purchase so you can decide before paying.

4. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to your account address. Continuing to use the Service after 30 days constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
